i want to spend less as possible
option 1

i need to spend more on hard drive and dvd burner
reason i am lingering on this deal is because of future possible upgrades
option 2 preferred right now

really good price but DDR2 and i need to buy a CPU cooling device ( fan)
not sure which fan is optimum
which one should i consider? and can you help me find a fan that will be adequate with option two ?
