A person for instance who is more into word processing will not need a PC with a powerful graphics card or sound card. Someone who only use it for music and not for word processing will need a big hard disk space and of course a set of powerful speakers.
What is your budget?
A lot will depend upon the amount of money that you are willing to spend. If you want a Computer that will last you several years, be prepared to spend a little bit more than the usual. This way, you will be able to choose the brands that are known for their long life and sturdiness.

Has anyone here ever attempted to paint a desktop computer power supply? If so, how did the project turn out?
I have just finished painting my computer case with some really wicked colors and looking at a plain gray power supply through the side window takes away from the effect! I really don't what to invest in a super expensive one. Any suggestions?
