uncommon boy names for the male character in my story?

Princess _____ (Evangeline aka Evan)
Sister: Avery (ideas: December, Shiloh, Scarlett, Genevieve)
Lucas (aka: Luke)-(ideas: Aiden, Ayden…) (NEEDS TO BE CHANGED)
LG’s Father: Renato
Queen: Constantine (ideas: Olympia, Wilhelmina)
The boys (rebels): Ash, Blake, Graham, Jonah, Cohen, Declen
The girls (rebels): Aura, Brielle, Mariah, Genith, Isla, Piper
Children: Utah, August, Haven, Chace, Skyla, Maree
The Prince: Casimire
Dog: Rubby
Those are the names I have so far. Hopefully, you understand what kind of names I'd like for my characters. The male guy that I need the name for is the leader of a rebellion so I need a strong, uncommon, but simple name. (It is currently Lucas or Luke but it doesn't catch on in my head. I want to change it)

The best name I can come up with would be William, which could be shortened to Will. William sounds like a strong name.
If you want a French name, try Carolas. Apparently it means "strong" in French.
